A Message to our Patients on COVID-19

Updated July 16, 2020

As the impact of COVID-19 grows, we think it is important that you hear directly from us about the safety measures and operational changes we have enacted to keep you and our employees safe.

Our focus remains on the health and safety of our employees and patients while doing our part to restrict the spread of disease. We know it is critical for us to be as proactive and responsive as we can be.

Cleaning and Sanitation

Our employees strictly adhere to OSHA Procedures at the highest level of compliance. Additionally, touch points such as our door handles, restroom, and waiting room, are cleaned and sanitized at an increased frequency.

Employee Health and Wellness

We continue to reinforce our policy for employees reporting illness. Temperature checks are made on a daily basis. We have implemented face masks for all employees and continue to promote social distancing within our office. Additionally, we have installed plexi-glass shields surrounding front desk.

Serving our Patients with Limited Contact

The biggest adjustment has been patient scheduling; we assure you we will act with your best interest and safety in mind, maintaining social distancing measures and spacing patient appointments is a top priority. To ensure the safety of the clinician and the patients during dental appointments clinicians wear N95 and/or respirator systems, face shields/protective eyewear, gloves, and clean surgical gowns.

Health of our Air Quality

We care about our air quality. Through the use of fan exhaust in every room and an award winning REME HALO indoor air quality technology system, we breathe easy. This in-duct Air Purifier increases ionized hydro-peroxide output and enhanced catalyst with zinc, it is capable of purifying every cubic inch of air that the heating and air conditioning system reaches. It is effective against all three categories of indoor air pollutants: Particulates, Microbials, and Gases. Thoroughly tested to safely remove the risks of airborne and surface bacteria, mold spores and viruses, such as MRSA, e-coli, and microbial contaminants, to name a few. REME HALO kills up to 99% of bacteria, mold and viruses.

We remain committed to providing the healthiest experience we can. Our employees continue to show why they are the best in the business, upholding my mission statement promise in the most difficult of circumstances. We are humbled, and couldn’t be prouder.

This situation continues to change daily and as such, we will continue to follow the guidance provided by the CDC and ADA. In addition, we promise to do all that we can to keep our employees, patients and the community safe – all while providing you the healthiest experience we can.

Thank you for your continued support and patience as we navigate this challenging time.

Sincerely,

Ted Zdeblick DDS and Staff
